About Chalisa

Where is Chalisa based?

Chalisa is a U.S.-registered company, and we also operate from Germany.

Our brand originally started in Thailand, inspired by a Thai woman named Chalisa — she is the heart and story behind our name.

Today we work globally, but this official online store mainly serves our European customers.

Are you a real company or just an online shop?

How can I be sure my order will arrive?

Every Chalisa order comes with free tracked & insured shipping.

We ship every parcel within 24 hours (Mon–Sat), and you always receive a tracking link by email.

If anything ever goes wrong — delayed, stuck, or unclear tracking — just message us. We manually check the parcel and update you personally.

If your parcel is lost, you are fully protected:

We reship everything for free or refund you 100% — your choice.

How long does shipping take?

Most Chalisa orders arrive in 4–12 business days worldwide.

  • Many customers receive their parcel in 4–7 days
  • Some even faster
  • Remote areas or busy seasons may take slightly longer

We always choose the fastest and safest route available.

How can I track my order?

Because every order includes tracking, you will receive an email with your:

  • tracking link

You can check it anytime.

If the link stops updating or looks confusing, write to us — we will track it manually and send you a clear update.

My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?

If the tracking looks delayed or stuck, simply contact us via email or WhatsApp.

If the parcel is lost, you are fully protected:

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

Very rarely, a parcel can be lost or damaged. If it happens:

Send us photos within 3 days — we will replace the item for free or refund you fully.

Lost items:

All orders include full shipping insurance — meaning you always get a:

  • 100% refund

Do you offer international shipping?

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update or cancel it for you.

Once shipped, changes are no longer possible — but returns are still easy under our 30-day free returns policy.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

  • EU customers: No customs fees.
  • Non-EU customers: Your country may charge import duties or taxes. These are not included in product prices and depend on your local customs.

Returns & Refunds

What items can I return?

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery — including discounted items and promotion purchases.

Just send us 2–3 photos so we can confirm the item is still in normal condition (not heavily damaged).

If everything looks good, the return is approved. Simple and friendly.

How do I start a return?

Do you offer free return shipping?

Yes — your return is completely free.

You can use any carrier you prefer, and we will refund your return shipping cost once the parcel arrives (just send us the receipt).

When will I get my refund?

Once your return arrives and is checked, we process your refund.

Refunds normally take 2–7 business days to your original payment method.

We also refund your return shipping cost.

Can I exchange my item?

If you need something urgently, you can place a new order and return the original.

What if my item arrived damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, email us with photos within 3 days.

Once the order is shipped, changes are no longer possible — but you can still return items following our Return Policy.

Can I add an item to my order after I’ve placed it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes — we can add items manually for you.

If it’s already on the way, please place a new order. We will try to combine shipments when possible.

I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
